Customers are told up front the charge before work is done.
  If your pet is a "call in occasional" and is extremely
matted additional charges will apply.
If your pet is a "I would rather die than be touched"
and needs to be muzzled, additional charges will apply.

PLEASE, do not give your pet any type of tranquilizer or
"calming" medication before they come. I have found that being drowsy
makes them dizzy and extremely vulnerable to sounds and movements I make.

If you are not satisfied with my work, please TELL ME before you leave.

If your pet has had a bad grooming experience prior to
coming to Posh Puppy, please TELL ME.
If your pet has any part of their body they hate
to have touched, please TELL ME.

There is a distinct difference between the "don't touch me there"
grumble, and the "that is hurting me" grumble.
If I find a spot on your baby that is hurting, I will TELL YOU!

I am not a veterinarian.
I will tell you if I see something I feel needs attention.

Your pet is yours. I can groom them to "show standards"
or I can do them however you wish.

They go home and sleep with you......
